By attending a Dumbar Family Circus event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Live Event Disclaimer

Dumbar Family Circus is a live event, and while we strive to provide the best possible experience, all performances and acts are subject to change without notice. The circus reserves the right to modify the show lineup, performers, and schedule at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Third-Party Ticket Sales

Tickets for Dumbar Family Circus are sold exclusively through Big Top Tickets, our authorized ticketing partner. By purchasing tickets, you agree to Big Top Tickets’ terms and conditions, including their policies on cancellations, refunds, and service fees. Dumbar Family Circus is not responsible for any disputes arising from ticket purchases made through third-party resellers.

No Liability for External Circumstances

Dumbar Family Circus shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, delays, losses, or inconveniences caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of God

• Government regulations or public safety mandates

• Equipment failures, venue-related issues, or technical difficulties

• Acts or behavior of other attendees

Photography & Recording Policy

Personal photography and short video clips taken with mobile phones are permitted; however, professional recording equipment and video recording of the show are strictly prohibited.

Ticket Policies

• All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once an order is processed.

• Discounted, promotional, and complimentary tickets are non-refundable and may not be resold.

• Resale of tickets without authorization is strictly prohibited. Any resold tickets may be voided without refund, and entry to the event may be denied.

Event Cancellations & Refunds

• If a performance is canceled before it begins, refunds will be processed automatically through Big Top Tickets. Please allow 5-7 business days for bank processing.

• If a show is canceled during the performance, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or refund at the venue.

• Changes to the show lineup, acts, or cast do not qualify for refunds.

Special Effects & Safety Notice

Our performances may include strobe lights, fog effects, and loud noises. Guests with sensitivities to these elements should take necessary precautions.

Social Media & Conduct Policy

By engaging with Dumbar Family Circus on social media, you agree to communicate in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove offensive, defamatory, or irrelevant content, as well as block users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Exclusive Ticket Sales & Resale Restrictions

Dumbar Family Circus tickets may only be purchased from Big Top Tickets or at the venue entrance. Tickets bought from unauthorized third-party sellers will not be accepted for entry.
